Warranty Statement
Our log stores are guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years, from the date of delivery. To be structurally sound, against shoddy workmanship and against wet rot and/or pest infestation. If you elect to upgrade to the Adverse Weather Pack option (coming soon) then this period will be extended to 15 years from the date of delivery.
Because a log store spends its life outdoors getting wet and drying out, it is to be expected that during its lifetime, the timber used to construct some of the panels or frame may crack or split. This is normal and such occurrences should NOT be considered to be defects. However, if such a crack or split compromises the structural integrity of the unit or makes it unfit to be used as intended then, this is considered to be a defect.
Any breakages or breakdown of materials caused by intentional or unintentional misuse, animal attack or act(s) of God are not covered by the guarantee.
Any unauthorised modifications carried out to your log store or incorrect assembly and/or installation of your log store will invalidate this guarantee.
All warranty repairs are carried out by the manufacturer at their premises. We do not offer any type of on-site warranty.
How to make a claim.
In the first instance, if you believe that you have a reason to make a claim, please telephone us on 0845 644 1440. You will be asked to describe the defect and may be asked to forward photographs of the defect to us by email or post.
From here we will discuss the situation with you and agree the best course of action to take.
If the unit or any part thereof is to be returned, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from the manufacturer.
